The Draw of Pattern

Pattern is the subject of the fourth lesson in photography. This selection of photos are my responses to finding natural and man-made patterns and finding pattern in single items and within groups. Pattern can be found in shape, color, or tone, individually or in combination. Can you tell which categories apply to each picture?

And finally, some flowers, but I won’t provide captions because beyond “tulip” I’m stumped, and I have no idea at all what the name is of the flower immediately below.

    interesting projects – how are you doing with it? I think I might see how many of these I can attribute my photos to and/or go out and create some more.

    The top flower by the way looks like the flower of an aloe.
