Sat Nav Error?

Car on a hill near Corfe Castle, DorsetCar on a Nearby Hill, Corfe Castle, Dorset, England.

While visiting Corfe Castle in Dorset, we noticed a car cresting a nearby hill. The car then drove seemingly randomly all around the hilltop. What was a car doing on top of a roadless hill? Sat nav error?
