Autumn Leaves

Autumn Leaves

Autumn’s falling leaves mark the beginning of the slide into dormancy, but today felt new and light. The sun was out, ducking behind clouds every now and then as they drifted across the rare blue sky. The air was crisp: cold enough to warrant gloves, but pleasant enough for an afternoon stroll. Today felt and looked like fall…my favorite time of year.

Autumn LeavesA touch of green can still be found, but less and less with every passing day.

Autumn LeavesReplaced by the vibrant colors of autumn.
