Inishnabro and Sky

Inishnabro, Blasket Islands, Dingle Peninsula, IrelandWithin the Blasket Islands of County Kerry, off the coast of the Dingle Peninsula in Ireland, sits the island of Inishnabro (Irish: Inis na Bró, meaning “island of the quern/bottom grind stone”). The island’s contrastingly soft and jagged surface stands out prominently against the equally contradictory sky.
